About our Payment Schedule
Payment is due Friday of each week before care is provided. A fee of $10 per day will be applied to late payments. Payment includes ALL meals, snacks, and activities.

We are closed for two weeks vacation per year, plus 3 paid personal days. These weeks are paid vacations. Due to Covid-19 precautions we follow recommended guidance from the CDC, any closures due to Covid exposures are paid. If you or your child is a first contact of a positive case of Covid you will need to follow guidance for that and payment is still expected.

A 2 week paid deposit is required. We require a two week notice if a child is no longer going to attend childcare with your deposit credited for this instance. Notification must be in writing with the termination date.

If a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a $45 fee incurred as a result of the returned check. Childcare services may be halted until full payment of tuition and NSF charges has been made, in CASH. In addition, upon the second returned check within 6 months, only cash will be accepted for 3 months.
